Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

Declaration of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):

In the event of a withdrawal, please return the goods to:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Refund

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the return was received by us.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods manufactured according to customer specifications
- Goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium

Condition of Returned Goods

Please return the goods unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories.
